To report a problem:

Use our problem reporting form to report issues such as general maintenance problems or service failures - your report will be sent automatically to Concierge, copied to BGTA and to Encore.  It will go onto our log of all issues reported, so that we can keep track and follow them up where they are not resolved by Encore or C&C.

We’re always keen to hear from any owner or resident about:

  • Issues of concern relating to the development itself, eg maintenance issues or snags - you might find that we are already on the case or if not, we can look into it.

  • Suggestions for improving the development and our community.

  • Any skills they have which they can use to help the BGTA - for example legal, finance, property/surveying.
